Frequently asked questions
INTEGRATION
What does the integration require?
A script on your product pages, the references and images of your catalogue, and your size chart for the recommendation. We define the pilot’s technical scope together.
How long before going live?
The timeline depends on your platform, how ready your catalogue is and the checks on your site. We set it together before the pilot.
Do we have to change our product pages?
The FittingMe buttons sit on your product pages and open a drawer on the page. Your team links each product to its catalogue reference, without rebuilding the whole purchase journey.
Are the two widgets linked?
No. Size recommendation and virtual try-on are switched on separately.
When will size recommendation be available?
Its release to production is planned for October 2026. Contact us to prepare its integration into your site.
On which platforms?
FittingMe integrates with sites that allow our script to be added. We check your platform’s compatibility and the access required with you before the pilot.
MEASUREMENT AND RESULTS
How are results measured?
An A/B test compares visitors with and without FittingMe. The scope, the traffic split and the metrics are defined together before launch.
Which metrics do you track?
We define the pilot’s metrics with you: add-to-cart, conversion, returns and average order value. Measuring them depends on the events and the order and return data you share.
When does the effect on returns show?
You have to wait for deliveries and your return window, then have enough orders. How long that takes depends on your business; no gain is guaranteed in advance.
Does the widget slow the page down?
The script loads asynchronously. Its impact on your pages is checked during integration, on desktop and on mobile.
PHOTOS AND DATA
What happens to shoppers’ photos?
A photo confirmed for try-on can be kept for the next try-ons on the same shop and the same browser. It can be deleted from the widget and is erased at the latest 48 hours after the last try-on activity. The notice shown before confirmation explains this retention.
Is a photo needed to get a size recommendation?
No. Size recommendation offers three methods: entering measurements, describing one’s body shape or taking photos. They lead to the same size result.
Can shoppers try on from a phone?
Yes. On mobile, the photo can be chosen from the phone. On desktop, a QR code lets shoppers send a photo from their phone and continue the try-on on the product page.
COMMERCIAL
How does a pilot start?
Book a call with the founders through the calendar. We discuss your catalogue, your goals, the volumes and the pilot’s terms before defining its scope.
What does it cost?
Billing is based on successfully generated virtual try-ons and on size recommendations, pay as you go or with a monthly plan. The two services can be subscribed to separately or together. Prices and included volumes are detailed on the Pricing page.
What commitment?
A pay-as-you-go option with no commitment and monthly plans are available. The pilot’s duration, the included volumes and the applicable terms are agreed before it starts.
