FittingMe.AI is a mobile virtual fitting room application powered by artificial intelligence, enabling users to create a virtual body model, manage a digital wardrobe, virtually try on garments, and receive personalized clothing suggestions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content of the FittingMe.AI Application (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, databases, algorithms) is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
The "FittingMe.AI" trademark and associated logo are the property of FittingMe.AI SAS. Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written authorization of FittingMe.AI SAS, is strictly prohibited.

The processing of personal data carried out within the Application is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the Application.

Virtual try-on images are generated by artificial intelligence. They do not constitute real photographs.
8. Terms of Use
Use of the Application is subject to the Terms of Use, accessible from the Application.
Paid services are subject to the Terms of Sale, accessible from the Application.
9. Limitation of Liability
FittingMe.AI SAS endeavors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information published on the Application. However, FittingMe.AI SAS cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of such information.
FittingMe.AI SAS disclaims all liability:
- in the event of interruption of the Application;
- in the event of bugs;
- for any inaccuracy or omission regarding information available on the Application;
- for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party;
- for the content of third-party websites accessible from the Application.
10. Applicable Law
These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
This document is mandatory under Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 (LCEN). Failure to comply is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of €75,000 (individuals) or €375,000 (legal entities).
