Role matrix
For shopper use on merchant properties, the merchant generally determines the essential purposes and means. FittingMe.ai then processes data on documented instructions. Analytics, support, product-improvement, or public-site activities may require a separate role analysis.
Article 28 coverage
The DPA covers subject matter, duration, nature and purposes of processing, data categories, data subjects, documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, assistance, incident handling, and data subject request support.
Annexes and review
Subprocessors, possible transfers, technical and organizational measures, retention, deletion, return, and review mechanics are documented according to the pilot scope and customer context.
