Subprocessors
FittingMe.ai may use third-party providers to deliver, secure, host, monitor, and support its services.
Scope
This page presents categories of providers that may be involved. It is not the exhaustive contractual list applicable to a given customer.
Possible categories
- Cloud hosting and application infrastructure.
- Secure storage and backup.
- Monitoring, observability, logging, and security.
- Operational support and internal tools required to provide the service.
- AI or image processing when the corresponding features are enabled by the customer.
Authorization and objection
Use of subprocessors is governed by the applicable DPA. Depending on agreed terms, authorization may be specific or general. Under general authorization, FittingMe.ai informs the customer of intended additions or replacements so the customer can object under the contract terms.
Contractual list
The current list, including information needed for customer review, is shared during DPA/procurement or on qualified request.
Where transfers outside the EEA are necessary, they are handled under the applicable DPA and required transfer mechanisms.
